Every tall bar is a step where the file sat in an inbox until someone found it. The vault gives each of those a deadline and an owner.
How it works
Checklists are configurable per programme. This is the default B.Tech checklist, following Aarav Sharma’s documents from upload to transfer certificate.
Parents upload from a phone, pull from DigiLocker or hand originals to the desk. Each item lands on the student record, not in an inbox.
A blurred scan goes back with a reason. A verified file is never asked for again, by any office.
Data processing, photo, trip and medical consents go out as one link. Every change of mind is logged.
Every file keeps its versions and an expiry date. Staff see only what their role needs, and every view is logged.
Transfer and bonafide certificates are generated from verified records, e-signed and shared only with approved people.
Inside the vault
Each one is tied to a step, reads the same student record and keeps documents and consents current without anyone chasing them.
By role
Switch the view, not the system. The officer, the family and the registrar each work the same student file, with only the controls their role needs.
Results
Four institutions, one academic year each, measured from the first upload to the last certificate. The step that moved most is marked on each.
