One B.Tech intake · before Campus Flow
Every tall bar is a stage where the file sat in an inbox until someone found it. The pipeline gives each of those a deadline and an owner.
How it works
Stages are configurable per programme. This is the default B.Tech pipeline, following Aarav Sharma’s application from form to fee.
Name, programme, board marks and contacts carry over. The applicant fills only what is new and gets a number instantly.
Marksheets, ID and certificates arrive by upload, DigiLocker or the desk. Reminders chase the rest.
Slots, panels and score sheets sit against the application. Merit lists apply category and quota rules.
Templates with seat, fee and deadline filled in, sent for e-sign, tracked until accepted. Lapsed offers release the seat.
Acceptance triggers the fee link with the agreed plan. Payment confirms the seat and creates the student record.
Inside the pipeline
Each one is tied to a stage of the pipeline, reads the same application record and can move the applicant forward on its own.
By role
Switch the view, not the system. The officer, the family and the admissions head each work the same pipeline record, with only the controls their stage needs.
Results
Four institutions, one intake each, measured from the first application to the last enrolment. The stage that moved most is marked on each.
