Families only call on the weekend, when every counsellor is already full. A public booking page shows them the Tuesday 14:00 slot and lets them take it without a call.
How it works
One family, one week on the calendar, every step between Kavya publishing her Tuesday hours and the Sharma family’s next session.
Weekly hours, session length, buffers and a daily cap. Exam days and holidays block themselves, and Google or Outlook events hide busy time.
The booking link arrives on WhatsApp after the enquiry. Mrs. Sharma picks Tuesday 11:30, B.Tech CSE and Hindi, round-robin assigns Kavya.
The evening before and two hours before, on WhatsApp with SMS fallback. Reply 1 confirms, 2 reschedules, and a freed slot goes to the waitlist.
Video room or campus desk. The enquiry, past calls and questions sit beside the call, and notes are typed straight into the student record.
Outcome, owner and follow-up date are required to close. The callback lands on Kavya’s calendar and the family gets the invite before logging off.
